Anatomy of a variable capacity tank
Variable capacity tanks have a special floating lid that adapts to the quantity of product, preventing oxidation and ensuring maximum quality. Ideal for the fermentation, maturation and storage of white and red wines, variable capacity tanks eliminate the risk of deterioration due to contact with oxygen. Their variable capacity allows processing without the need to reach full tank capacity.
