The coil exchange device consists of a small-diameter, long tube wound on itself and is designed to circulate hot or cold liquids and ensure an excellent exchange coefficient. The coil is commonly used for temperature control and management in wine-making. It is submerged into the must or wine and operates without a thermal bridge to the outside, without any thermal shock, and without any mechanical effects that may harm the quality of the harvest. The operating principle of the coil allows high-speed circulation of the liquid, thus maximising the exchange coefficient.
