AISI 316 stainless steel honeycomb cooling plate

Our plates are produced using a simple but effective method. The technique involves inflating two plates partially welded together to obtain an internal channel that brings the fluid (cooling or heating) into contact with the entire surface of the plate. This means the thickness of the materials used can be reduced, thus minimising costs while maintaining an excellent thermal exchange with lower thermal inertia. A variety of fluids can be used: freon, water, diathermic oil, steam, glycol, ammonia and so on.
