“Dream” linear stemming machine with oscillating basket

DREAM is the new stemming machine conceived for the delicate processing of grapes. The machine is built with high-thickness stainless steel plates and large dimension profiles that ensure a solid and robust structure. The stemming of the grapes is obtained thanks to the wave-like movement of a cage in plastic material specially perforated. This way, a delicate action is obtained allowing the separation of the grape from the stem leaving the grapes whole, even in the case of grapes difficult to stem.
The frequency of the cage movement is adjustable by means of the electronic variable speed drive, which allows the ideal adaptation of the stemming to the variety of grape being processed, avoiding the crushing of the grapes and the grinding of the stems. A roller table is mounted on the lower part of the DREAM to separate the stems from the whole grapes, presenting a series of rollers with variable opening designed to eliminate all vegetation and other foreign bodies from the diraspa_x0002. The electrical panel is installed on a stainless steel box mounted on a trolley, allowing the independent adjustment of the intensity of the cage movement and the rollers speed. The inside of the stemming machine is easily accessible either from the upper side ot the hopper or on the discharge opening side.
