Electric pump series AIO

AIO is an intelligent pump that allows the operator to organize, monitor and schedule all fluid transfer operations in the cellar. Through the large 7′ ‘ touch control panel, it is possible to view the data transfer in progress, to program the volumes to be transferred as well as to record the different operations carried out (traceability).

From a simple intuitive menu, the operator can perform the following operations: free transfer (transfers by displaying the flow rate in lt/min, lt/h, hl/h), filling (preselect a quantity of wine, start at the desired speed, reached the target after deceleration programmed and manageable by the operator, the pump will stop at the value of the entered target), filling barrels (serial filling of a programmed volume with start by touch or remote), reassembly (automatic work/pause cycles can be programmed including tube emptying option), traceability (it is possible to save and record the data related to all operations, entering the operator name and the operation carried out as well as the type of wine or the reference lot) and diagnostic (a diagnostic section allows you to know immediately on video any errors of the inverter, stops due to dry stop intervention or stops due to dry stop intervention or stop by auxiliary contact0).
