With the “GAMMA”series we are certain to have built the semi-centrifugue stemming machine most simple to operate, more practical to use and to clean, more reliable along time and the most productive of its kind. Without transmission chains and very easy to clean by means of the hinged opening, without the need to remove belts or chains. Can be easily moved on wheels. The basket is fixed. The models GAMMA 15 and 25 are available in the painted steel or stainless steel AISI 304 versions, while the GAMMA 40 is available only in the stainless steel AISI 304 version.
