Hand press “DMAI” stainless steel

Article for the pressing and destemming of grapes, carefully designed, designed and built exclusively with high quality materials, practical and simple in operation.

It comes with a funnel hopper and a stainless steel case, like all the rest of the screws.

When used manually, the flywheel transmits the rotary motion to the rollers for a softer crushing of the grapes and to the destemmer shaft which separates the grape from the stalk by means of a removable grid also in stainless steel.

Rollers and gears, for a better treatment of food substances, are completely made of nylon and are a guarantee of robustness and long life of the product.

The rollers, thanks to special supports, are adjustable by a few millimetres.
