“Jolly 10” horizontal press
Motorised membrane press made of AISI 304 stainless steel on wheels. Membrane presses in the JOLLY series use the popular membrane pressing procedure in a simple, efficient and economical way. A central elastic membrane, inflated with air, compresses the grapes against the walls of the cylindrical tank. The must is thus completely extracted from the fruit. All processing steps are carried out by the operator with the aid of a gear motor to turn the drum. These steps include loading the grapes, pressing, collecting the must and unloading the marc. An external compressor is therefore needed to inflate and deflate the membrane (Optional).
