“Super” 40×40 plate filter
The plate filters model SUPER 40×40 are built in stainless steel AISI 304 and equipped with plates in food-grade plastic material: Moplen in the standard version, or Noryl upon request, for special applications. They are designed to brighten and sterilise liquids of several natures as wine, sparkling wine, vinegar, products for herb processing, cosmetics, natural essences, liquors and olive oil. The filter is subdivided into three functional units: AISI 304 stainless steel frame fitted with 3 wheels, of which 1 swivel with brake; filtration unit with filtering plates in food-grade material; self-priming pump motor unit. A coaxial unit with impeller in natural non-toxic rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM or silicone, can be installed under request. The pump can be equipped with a bypass for more uniform dispensing of the product.
