Volumetric pump PATENTED, self-adescant dry up to 8.5 meters, with manual and automatic variation of the flow rate, the parts in contact with the liquid are entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304 and 316. The pump is also ideal for all work in the cellar: racking, must and wine, timed reassembly, filtration, bottling and transfer to heat exchanger. It is easily washable and sterilizable, allows a thorough total inspection of the parts in contact with the product transferred by opening the front cover. The pump has a maximum working pressure of 3 bar and the rotation speed of the rotor is minimum 4rpm and maximum 252 rpm.
The new series of peristaltic pumps model PULSAR offers customers a product designed to satisfy even the most demanding operator, suitable for the delicate transfer of whole grapes, peeled grapes, must, grape marc and all agro-productsfood products which are suitable in the liquid phase with suspended solids. The transfer of the product is obtained by crushing two rollers on a food-grade rubber tube. The rotation of the rollers generates in the tube an alternation of chambers containing the product to be transferred which, opening and closing each other, cause a continuous suction and, consequently, a uniform flow of delivery. The product is therefore treated with the utmost delicacy. The pumps of the PULSAR series are supplied complete with the following accessories: pump body completely made of AISI 304, frame mounted on 4 wheels including 2 rotators with brake compensation vessels for the suction, road rollers mounted on eccentric axes, three greasing points for the pipe and electrical panel in plastic material complete with variator.
The working principle allows in a stainless screw that rotates in a natural rubber stator suitable for contact with food. Moving the rotor causes volumetric displacements within the slots in the stator. This system ensures a gentle and constant pumping with maximum respect for the organoleptic properties of the product treated. The pump is suitable for the transfer of dense and viscous, liquid and delicate products, given the low number of revolutions; the flow is constant and the aeration and emulsion of the product is minimal. Noise is low and vibration negligible.
With this pump, the product is fed from the screw into the pump body where the combined action of the rotor and the perimeter flush valve pushes it towards the outlet and half pipes conveyed to destination. The transfer takes place by compression, thus obtaining a high final quality. The pump has an elliptical motor made of high-strength thermoplastic material, with a treadle to facilitate moving in the cellar, a pump block made from carpenters mounted on a tank with a feeding screw all in AISI 304, a speed variator (optional) and a pot compensation (optional).
Rotary volumetric stainless steel pump with flexible impeller, self-priming up to 6 mt, reversible, low rpm, available in monoblock (coaxial) version, with 1 and 2 speed pulley reduction, with mechanical speed variator, with integrated inverter. The trolley/base, fittings and pumping body are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The "standard" impeller is made of non-toxic natural rubber (or on request in neoprene, nitrile, EPDM or silicone). The standard mechanical seal is in stainless steel-graphite-NBR, on request in vidia-vidia-NBR or vidia-vidia-viton.
Electronic counters with built-in battery powered visor. Stainless steel body 316. Stainless steel turbine - rotors or supports with stainless, graphite or ceramic bearings. The display shows: cumulative volume delivered (with zeroing), up to 999,999 units, partial volume in different sizes (liters, US gallons and import gallons), pulse setting for calibration adjustment of liquids with different temperatures and viscosities and pulse setting for 1/2' to 5' ' counter measurements.
